I gotta start with the 1840 (bagel, egg, cheese, add extras for small change). Zero salt. Number one sin when youre cooking; even the bacon I added tasted salt-less. Anyway, cool atmosphere, real hip without abandoning downtown Wilmington's historic vibe. It's a good addition to the area (said the city kid), and adds unique flavor to classic Vermont style in the form of wild jams, syrups and candies it sells in between two areas: one has a vaulted ceiling over a large fireplace which faces an open plan seating area, the other a small leather chair nook tucked cozily behind the kitchen. Good coffee, good atmosphere, good workers- recommended.

This place has a great vibe- neat seating, games to play, and fun things to look at! The food was really tasty and the coffee was good!

Great coffee. Friendly staff. Fast service. Nice treats and snacks.

Excellent turkey sandwich, delicious burger with pastured, antibiotic-free local beef. Pleasant ambiance, too!

looked like an awesome place as I was waiting to get a cup of coffee. Turned out to be on the lukewarm side (decaf so it had been sitting). I prefer my coffee to be hot so I very nicely asked if I could get an Americano and of course I would pay the difference. The owner very rudely told me I could get an Americano but would have to pay for both. His staff was friendly although they seemed intimidated by him. One of his staff offered to heat my coffee up with the steamer and that worked. Not sure why he couldn't just do that and instead yelled at me. Its a shame as I seek out organic restaurants, his staff seemed friendly but the owner was horrible. I won't go back.
