The place is closed pretty often in the off season.
Renting locally. Went in to get a beer and some food as it this place is within walking distance of our rental. There were 3 kids sitting at the bar and the bartenders were so busy serving hot chocolate to kids they could not serve a single beer. The place is very nice inside. Read the reviews and thought I would give this place a chance, but this place is a total kid zone. I ended up hiring an Uber to take me to a bar where they can serve me a couple of beers and some food.
It still a mess, constant change over of staff and they can be easy confused.
One day its "chef buffet" other wise know as cafeteria style and the next day its a buffet in the center of the room, be consistent!
On the plus side - Skiing was really nice, and the lifts are fast! - just don't go inside the lodge and you should be fine.
Played the Hermitage Club this week with the Safari Club. Fabulous course. A little wet after rain the day before, but very playable. Views were fantastic! I highly recommend playing this course. Worth the trip.
They told use to store our coats in the lockers or coat area before dinning and we see other people with the coats sitting on the back of the chair/wearing them.
Spectacular facility incredible service and a managerial will to please clients and customers. This place absolutely is killing it!

This place is going downhill. Service was terrible and the food is disgusting. Pay to get a decent chef in your building who knows what they’re doing. I think the place is going downhill due to finances. Don’t enjoy being negative but am watching out for others money before you go under.
